A healthy, 4-ingredient spin on Buffalo Chicken Dip

Who doesn't love warm, creamy buffalo chicken dip? Here is a surprisingly simple and super healthy spin on one of our favorite comfort foods!

Slow cooking the chicken is the absolute key here.


Ingredients








Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT yogurt in the slow cooker; cook on LOW for 4 hours.

  2. Use 2 forks to shred chicken.

  3. Add Greek yogurt, stir, and cook for another 30 minutes.

  4. Serve with celery or Mary's Herb Gone Crackers


Tips!

  • Ranch seasoning and cayenne can be adjusted to taste (for creamier or spicier combos), with no impact to the waistline :)
