A healthy, 4-ingredient spin on Buffalo Chicken Dip
Who doesn't love warm, creamy buffalo chicken dip? Here is a surprisingly simple and super healthy spin on one of our favorite comfort foods!
Slow cooking the chicken is the absolute key here.
Boneless, skinless chicken breast: 1 pound
Fran's RedHot Original Hot Sauce: 1/2 cup
Organic plain nonfat Greek yogurt: 127 grams (ish)
Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning (powder): 14 grams
Cayenne pepper: 1 teaspoon
Water: 2 tablespoons
Combine all ingredients EXCEPT yogurt in the slow cooker; cook on LOW for 4 hours.
Use 2 forks to shred chicken.
Add Greek yogurt, stir, and cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve with celery or Mary's Herb Gone Crackers
Ranch seasoning and cayenne can be adjusted to taste (for creamier or spicier combos), with no impact to the waistline :)
